CAD designer to create welding fixture for old Porsche

Looking for a CAD designer to translate old Porsche blue prints into a set of fixtures for positioning and welding of replacement panels. There are about 14 fixtures needed to position most of the panels, but right now Im looking to design 4 of them. I have a fixture table called a Celette that the fixtures would bolt to.
