I am currently running a Twilio Broadcast app in the cloud on Heroku to call multiple phones at the same time. I am using a solution that Twilio actually built and its pretty basic.

What I am looking to do is enhance the Twilio broadcast functionality to customise it for my needs and am looking for someone to create a solution that does the following:

- Has no limit to the amount of phones it can call at the same and allows me to enter the phone numbers in by copying and pasting from a spreadsheet. Ideally this would also allow me to call multiple counties at the same time (not essential).
- Lets me know if the phone call has been answered.
- Allows me to text all the phones at the same time which will send a pre-written text with a custom URL.
