Wix web site developper needed to work on code and database.

I started a Wix website. I have manged to create the structure, some of the dynamic page and database. I now need a developer to help me with:
- Advise on how to best structure the database looking forward (vs. display of dynamic page and information in the DB)
- coding filters for database search
- Optimize dynamic page display based on the database field that are populated
- Create an map that shows multiple locations with some visual display functionality (different colors of dot for different type of location, information appearing when hovering over)
- Filter database output depending on user IP
- Filter database output depending on user profile
- Add functionalities to the member area ( user favorite, certain user can manage certain page)
- User membership

We are not going to do everything at once. The project will start with a discussion and review of the site status. From there we will define the working schedule, priority and regrets.
