E-commerce Company Needs Customer Service Rep

Power-To-Go is a consumer electronics brand. In the past quarter, sales have grown exponentially and outpaced the current customer service capability. We are looking for a customer service representative to handle these primary responsibilities:
1. Answering customer inquiries on email and social
2. Processing refunds for store credit

There is currently a backlog that requires immediate attention. Applicants need to show relevant customer service experience in order to be considered.
