Customize Wordpress Theme

Hello,
I would like to create a landing page for a mobile application. I have ready Wordpress template but Im struggling in implementing my custom design.

I need help implementing my design, Kindly note that I have the design in files in Zeplin.
I will share my design with shortlisted candidates.

Scope of Work:
- Implement design to Wordpress template.
- Two designs must be implemented in both languages (Arabic & English), kindly consider that Arabic is Right-to-Left language, therefor all designs will be flipped accordingly.
- Provide two template designs (Arabic & English) in (.zip) files to install it in any Wordpress website.
- Provide a Wordpress tool to change between languages.

Note that you will be paid fully only after you complete the project, otherwise you will get nothing.
