Seeking Developer Skilled in PHP to do PAID test job for intro to larger job.

We are seeking a skilled PHP developer. Our last project was left unfinished and we are now looking for someone long-term for many large projects.
This first test project will be small, and we want you to simply upload files to the server and make them run correctly.
This will show us that you definitely know what you are doing.
We can even use wordpress for the test-job.
The problem is that many developers claim they are skilled and it is only after time and money wasted that we discover that they are not professional or capable.

This job will pay only $200.
Next job will pay $1000.
The job after that will pay $5,000.
We are seeking a long-term developer.
