Salesforce Consultant for CRM Migration

Hello, We are looking for a salesforce developer to assist us with the following:
-Setting up our salesforce CRM after studying our existing CRM and needs
- Develop new cloud applications
- Design and maintain salesforce workflows, custom visualization, security, and sharing rules
- Work collaboratively across teams and/or independently to design and build solutions on the Salesforce Force platform, including Web Services APIs, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Integrate Salesforce with other platforms, and develop an understanding of other key applications within the organization.
Pre-Requisites :
- 2+ Years of relevant experience.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or equivalent experience
- Strong working knowledge of out-of-the box Salesforce platform functionality - Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs in Salesforce
- Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and Web Application best practices
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
