Need a social media aggregator programmer

Im looking for an experienced JavaScript programmer to create a single page social media application that has an admin and a dashboard page.
I need the following features to be implemented:
a. Dashboard page features:
- Dashboard fetches the latest (x) number of social media posts ordered descending by their timestamps.
- The application displays only the posts that have photos.
- The application covers Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
- Application defines refreshes to fetch the latest posts every (x) minutes.
- The application excludes posts from blocked accounts.
- The application allows specific posts to be blocked.

b. Admin page features:
Admin page defines allows administration of the application by providing the following functionalities:
- Define the number of minutes for refresh rate.
- Define the number of posts to be retrieved.
- Social media users blacklist.
- Social posts blacklist.
