URGENT: Looking for React Native experts.

About the mobile app:
We are building an app which allows the users to report if a call they had just received is a robo/scam call, by giving thumbs up (Not robocall) or a Thumbs down (robocall).

If 10 or more users thumps down a phone number then it gets blacklisted on the database which means it when a call comes it the app will check the database if the number I blacklisted and block.

The app will need to be integrated into the users call history and contact list. it should send a push notification after each call with a phone number that is not on their contact list has ended.

the push notification will open the app which will show the last number and ask users to give it a thumbs up / down.

The app will be built on react native and lunch on iOS and Android at the same time.
