Angular Developer - Need to develop web application integrated with Node JS REST API.

Primary tasks.
Implement a complete user interface in the form of desktop web application.
Implement the designs on Bootstrap.
Prime focus will be on performance which includes caching and session management.
Developer would be required to create a clean code. Code needs to be modular and reusable as much as possible.
Developer would be required to create modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app.
User interface will be provided to the developer.
Developer would be required to develop the application in Angular 6 or above version.
