IOS App Design

Im seeking a talented and creative individual/agency to design an IOS social networking application that I have envisioned for many years. To give you an idea of how much work this will be, the scale of the project will be fairly comparable to that of designing the Instagram app (i.e. similar number of tabs and related screens, functions, etc.). The final deliverable will be a comprehensive set of screen designs that I can take and pass along directly to an engineering team to use to develop the app. So its imperative that the app is designed in such a way to make this hand-off as seamless as possible (i.e. native IOS elements, etc.)

The app idea and related business plan have gone through a number of iterations, and I had originally planned to mock-up the app myself given I generally know what I want it to look like - but Ive come to the realization that its a job better suited for a professional. I have a file which I will ultimately share with you that includes my overall vision of the project as well as rudimentary designs and/or notes and objectives for each of the main pages I could think of. Your job will be to leverage these rough sketches and notes as well as your UI/UX expertise to design the IOS app from start to finish - creating screens that can be used both by my developers and in pitch decks for potential investors. Im unfortunately not skilled enough to bring these designs to life myself, but I will certainly know the right look when I see it. So it may ultimately make sense to collaborate in the beginning and first work through an overall design theme. From there we can iterate through the main pages before completing all of the ancillary screens.

Please include relevant examples from your portfolio. Experience with designing both social networking style apps as well as calendar apps is a big plus. The ideal candidate will also likely be a heavy user of social networking apps.

I will likely require an NDA to be executed before sharing additional details.
