Transplant JS from Divi site to work in Elementor site (includes code and instructions)

INSTRUCTIONS

We are essentially copying the code that is already done from source site to a recipient site.

I need to have the same dashed animated SVG path go between the map point icons. In the WP admin for the page, youll see that the section has a class of js-container. The underlying rows have a class called js-row and the blurbs (Divi modules) have consecutive numbered IDs starting with point1 to point4

The code that the previous developer installed.

Id just like to do the exact same thing to the section titled the same IT ALL STARTS WITH A PLAN in Recipient site.

I already have what I think is the right code in the footer and what should be the right classes and IDs on the page but, it doesnt seem to want to work for me.

THE ORIGINAL JOB REQUEST (from previous contract)

Need an animated dashed SVG path connecting multiple elements within Divi Wordpress theme. Please respond with your favorite season in the top of your response to be considered for this job. Failure to do so will constitute immediate disqualification. Must work on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Code should be ID-based to reuse on several elements/pages. Styling and animation will be consistent...so, no need for individual use styling.
