We would like to detect individuals heart rate by measuring the subtle colour changes on their faces.

The task is to develop a forehead detection and tracking computer vision algorithm (i.e., face processing algorithm) which will be used in an Android & iOS mobile application with the following specifications:
(1) Minimal storage size
(2) Minimal CPU load
(4) Minimal forehead movement can be assumed as individuals will be fixating the screen (this should help minimise detection rate and therefore CPU load)
