Consultation and Co-ordination for Compliance for Products in Toy, Lights and Electronics Categories

We have the following products that we are concerned require compliance proof and we would like to engage in an affordable project to get the basic testing requirements done so that we have compliance in the EU/UK(to start):

Toys:
Plastic Fidget Toys(similar to Fidget Cube and infinity Cube)
Plastic Building blocks Bases (Compatible with e.g. LEGO)

Lights:
Bicycle Lights set(pair of 2) for front and rear (Rear has small battery, front is USB rechargeable)
Incandescent String Festoon Lights for indoor and outdoor use.

Electronics:
Wifi Operated Cameras (Indoor model and outdoor model)
Wireless (Qi standard) Chargers
Activity Tracker watches with bluetooth connectivity
USB Type C to HDMI Cable Converters
USB to USB Type C Adapter Converters
