Expert developer needed to convert exported mvnforum data to bbPress and configure bbPress forums

We have existing forums running on java-based mvnforums that is hosted by a vendor. <5000 posts and <200 users. We want to migrate to Wordpress-based solution bbPress.

We are not able to connect directly to the vendors servers, but they are able to provide a data dump in excel format.

We need someone to help convert the data from mvnforums format in excel to bbPress format and then import into bbPress.

We then need someone to help configure users, themes, settings etc.

MUST HAVE:
1) Experience in bbPress forums plugin
2) Experience in data conversion and importing
3) Experience or understanding of java-based mvnforums
