Photo editor (Lightroom) required for event, portrait, wedding photo projects

Looking for an editor to work with us long-term on an ongoing basis for projects such as events, family portraits, weddings, property shoots, etc. The editing will involve:

- downloading files (we will start with 1-2 bookings every day, roughly 1-1.5 hrs per day)
- Using supplied presets in Lightroom and fine-tuning them according to settings and standards provided by us including selecting/culling photos
- no air-brushing or selective adjustments required
- uploading files within the same day
- we will increase the number of bookings to be edited as we perfect the editing workflow and quality
