Need a dashboard to visualize our shipment statuses (data pulled from carrier's API)

We are looking for a solution that would help us visualize on a modern dashboard the different statuses of our shipments. Our current carrier is Dicom and tracking information can be pulled via their API (https://smart4i.dicom.com/documentation/index#tag/Tracking).

The dashboard needs to be accessible via a responsive web page, meaning that the dashboard could be displayed on a tv screen in our offices, as well as on a mobile screen. The dashboard should be built using an open source framework such as Mozaik, Grafana, Dashing or other suggestions welcomed. The dashboard would simply list the latest shipments, grouped by statuses, along with the recipient address, notes and tracking number. The dashboard needs to pull live data and refresh automatically. There will be no interaction with the screen, its only visualization. Color codes would be nice. A simple design could be worked out between us and the chosen developper.
