Research and create social media lead magnets and ebooks.
3 lead magnets for use across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter).
3 ebooks to be emailed to leads based on which lead magnet they have entered email details into.

eBook 1 - 7 Reasons why property is a great investment
eBook 2 - 7 Top Tips when buying an investment property
eBook 3 - 7 Biggest mistakes people make when buying an investment property

I will share an examples of layouts with shortlisted person only, we believe would work but we are open to alternatives.
