Multichannel (EMAIL + SMS) Platform requires Expert Consultant for tech stack definition

Hello,

We need help from an expert (with background in MarTech - Marketing Technology, Big Data , ML ) for defining the tech stack and platform architecture that will allow to:

1. Import and manage millions of contacts at once, with no limitation on the number of rows or fields to be imported;
2. Store and update millions of contacts;
3. Query millions of contacts in near real time to create segments (e.g. women 25-53 in London);
4. Process millions of events related to campaigns sent and interactions (SMS sent, SMS delivered, Email sent, Email opened, Link on email clicked, ...);
5. Relate campaign reports to audiences in order to create segments based on behavior (e.g. males from 30 to 50 that opened a newsletter in the last 45 days);
6. Provide a simple and intuitive graphic canvas ( like Twilio Studio) to orchestrate/design automation flows and marketing campaigns;
7. Learn from customers audiences and behaviors to provide suggestions on how should a company address its customers with the most effective communication channel (e.g. your audience has 60% millennials + 40% Gen Z so you should send an SMS to millennials and a WhatsApp message to Gen Z guys or your audience is not paying attention to emails because open rate is 5% so send a SMS instead).

We are creating a new Multichannel Marketing Platform that will enable companies to manage audiences and know their customers. It will allow massive contact list import, data sync, take actions on data imported, deliver personalized cross-channel campaigns (SMS, emial, voice, push notifications), get detailed reporting and powerful insights that will help make better data-driven business decisions to digital communication strategists.

Tech we are testing, but not limited to:
ElasticSearch + Kibana | Neo4j | Google Spanner
