Produce drawings and building specification for a Loft Conversion in my Semi Detached House in London. Must be familar with current UK Building Regulations and if Steel is required to support floor for this loft conversion - Also if can produce a 3D Visuals to for this Loft conversion to a Bedroom with EnSuite Shower and WC. UK Postcode is HA9 8JB to view on Google Maps. Also plans may need to be submitted to Brent Council and also Produce a Tender for a builder to quote on works based on Building Specifications
