Designing an automated Quotation System in GSuite Business

We are Looking for an Automated Quotation / Proposal System for our Business Email Accounts.

Basically a template within the Gsuite ( where we can quickly type the Quote/proposal in Reply) to a customers email RFQ ( Request for Quote ) .

The Template shall be made in a manner that its quick to enter data by copy pasting / editing details and Searchable later for Reference purposes in Gmail Search . Also We would like a Google sheet to be connected to the sent emails where all the relevent info is updated colum vise so that we can track the quotes quoted to different customers

We would like to see from the candidates a complete detailed proposal plus layout feel and controls before issuing the job .
