Looking for engineer with strong background experience in speech recognition pipelines, and with really good working knowledge of PyTorch.

Im working on several projects, and need an engineer wholl deliver implementation of paper STATE-OF-THE-ART SPEECH RECOGNITION
USING MULTI-STREAM SELF-ATTENTION WITH DILATED 1D CONVOLUTIONS
The delivered implementation should be trainable & able to do inference.

Please, if youre beginner level or havent deep knowledge of Speech Recognition pipelines, dont waste time for both sides.

Update: We need the exact implementation of this particular paper, not other suggestions.
