Animated HTML5 Banner ads needed for Google + Facebook Ads

Im looking for an experienced graphic designer to create animated HTML5 ads in various IAB sizes for Google Display Network. Must have an understanding of Google Display and deliver ads fully prepared for publishing, bellow limit size of 150kb

Expectations:
1. Proven successful experience in creating HTML5 ads for Google Display Network and Facebook
2. Understanding of Facebook advertisement fundamentals and Google banner ad specifications
3. Experience in working with Europe brands, modern design style and aesthetic is a plus
