WordPress Developer/Graphic Designer

Hello,
Im looking, for US based, website designer/developer to modify/design the WordPress theme for my consulting and engineering company. We specialize in the mechanical design for semiconductor industry.

The theme already installed, so I dont need any installation or CM page modifications. Partial modifications/design already done (about 60%).

The scope is:
- Define Graphic design/style and colors for whole website including text, text hover, pictures, links, tabs etc.
- About 10 pages, including Home Page (70 % of HP layout complete)
- Replace old pictures using Elementor editor.
- Developer should be knowledgeable of website colors philosophy and their combination.
- Apply Photoshop filters for new pictures including resizing.
- Replace icons (design new or find new from third party)
- Select website colors that will work best with companys logo
- Design should look energetic, professional, slick, and not boring
- Developer should be a professional who can work independently with minimum guidance from the owner. Should able apply his/her professional experience and make suggestions for the improvements.
- Improve portfolio photos design (about QTY:6)
- Upon design completion provide backup of modified pages
- Guide/train owner on how to use website backend
- Customize Contact Us and Request Quote forms
- Upload website content text
- All link throughout whole website should be checked and working properly
- Make sure website works and looks good on desktop browsers and all mobile platforms.
