Setup, configure and integrate 3rd party apps for internal corp-wide communication & collaboration.

This is a recurring task and the company needs a technically savvy person to be involved in configuring and integrating its 3rd party services to enable it to work seamlessly with external subcotracting companies, invoice clients, receive hourly reports from freelancers.

The below is a basic view as to the required configuration. The infrastructure should be documented and be readable to another specialist for easy continuous maintenance going forward.

Setup:
- hubspot (CRM, marketing, sales), hubstaff, xero accounting
- Google SSO, SALM,

configure:
- transferwise, xero accounting, hubspot CRM, hubstaff,

Integrate:
- The above
- HelloSign with HubSpot
- Jira, Slack, trello,

Future potential integrations:
- user.com - for live customer chat
- discord - for user support and ticket generation in Jira
- Jira cloud
- Wordpress (and wordpress plugins such a woocommerce with Transferwise
- Unbounce
- Linkedin Sales Navigator with HubSpot sales then HubSpot CRM
- SurveyMonkey for HubSpot marketing then HubSpot CRM
