Artist needed for precise figure drawing

I need very fit, nude human figures in very precise and specific poses for the purpose of teaching swordmastery (Martial Art, NOT modern sport fencing!)
If I understand 3D correctly, (from limited exposure to POSER) once the pose is created, it can then be shown/viewed from a variety of angles, and transposed to a variety of figures, portraying various ages, races, body types of both sexes.
I can provide images that are approximate, but will need slight tweaking here and there.
Ive posted a couple of examples. They include two figures, but the ones I need (at least to start with) are solo figures.
We are a tiny penurious educational not-for-profit, so that will influence how much we can offer in payment. Wed prefer to pay per finished figure, rather than an hourly rate.
