Excel macro build: If a person has multiple phone numbers, duplicate the person

We need an Excel wizard to build the following macro for us (or suggest an alternative method for producing the same result):

We build lists of people we want to call. Sometimes a person has multiple phone numbers.
It looks like this:
John Smith | Phone1: 555-555-5555 | Phone2: 777-777-7777

Because of the process we follow to make calls, I want any person with multiple phone numbers to be duplicated with one phone number per duplicate.
The example above would look like this after being processed:
John Smith | Phone1: 555-555-5555
John Smith | Phone1: 777-777-7777
