FFMPEG RTSP to Multicast on raspberry pi script to run on boot

I have a RTSP

rtsp://IP:/h264_stream and I want to convert to a multicast stream using a raspberry pi
I do not want to change any stream setting only convert to multicast

I want the FFMPEG command to start running automatically when the raspberry pi boots yp.

RTSP Stream settings are
resolution - 640 x 480
framerate - 30 fps
bit rate - 2048kbps
