Developer needed for creating a mobile app and website

Content creation company focused on increased retention of information is searching for a developer to help design and create our app. This app will utilize science based algorithms to help end users recall and retain more information through the use of creative, engaging videos. Key features we are looking for the developer to create include:

-The design, creation, and implementation of source code develop app
-Clean code that is easily readable, testable, and maintainable for future edits
-Responsive layout that is appealing on all devices
-Functions on all devices (IOS, Android, etc.)
-Easily integrates with 3rd party websites for multiple purposes

Ideal candidates will have the following skills:
-Extensive knowledge about mobile app development
-Ability to oversee the entire process from first line of code to publishing of app
-Strong skills in UX & UI design
-Works well with minimum supervision
