AWS Video-based practical LAB assessment creation

We are working on an MVP for a startup for a SAAS based product, which will create curated Labs for AWS, AZURE. SAP, SF e.t.c . The B2C model will be launched as a Hands-on Learning platform, and the B2B model will be used as a Learning and Hiring platform.
For this, I am seeking help in terms of the creation of Labs (Starting with AWS).

I need the LABS to be distributed in 4 phase
1. Introduction and talk about the entire work as Agile sprint through a Trello board,
Break down the task through architectural documentation, and break it down to three phases. Talk about in detail about the task, I can provide the high-level architecture document in pen and paper, but you have created the PPT and create the script for the delivery and talk about different phases.
2. In Phase 1 to 3 this is where the Lab starts ( You can get an idea about Phase one from my video ), You have to do the labs on your own and talk while doing it and record the video. You also need to do the solution in Text format, you can get a screenshot for the video to create the Text format solution

You have to come up with 15 Labs like this, I will provide a high-level idea about each of them.
I will share a video link with right person only.
Deliverables each lab
1. Trello board
3. Architecture PPT
3. All the videos ( 1 Introduction, Video in each phase (1 Scenario and 1 Implementation for the scenario))
4. Code samples used in the Labs
5. Help and reference popular error and solutions for them, Hints, best practices

Please let me know if you can come up with these LABS videos with better presentation and English delivery than what I have done. The content and instructions we will provide (you are free to use your imagination as well)
