Real Estate Cold caller with MOJO Sells Experience

Hello,

I run a real estate home buying company. I am looking to bring someone on to do all of my outbound cold calling, to cold leads.

I am growing my business and am looking for someone who is, genuine, authentic, and who cares about people to help solve their problems. I am looking to bring someone on the team who is willing to grow with me as my business does.

I am looking for someone to take over what it is that I do, I cold call individuals who have a home that I am interested in purchasing, I ask them if they are looking to sell then go from there.

Here are the expectations im looking for.
- Someone who has very fluent English, with little to no accent.
- Enthusiastic - Personable - Reactive & flexible - Takes ownership - Willing to learn & grow
- Experience using MOJO sells dialing system
- Experience on the phone, making sales and building rapport.
- Make outbound cold calls for 3 hours per day, 5-6 days a week.
- Willing to learn how my follow up system works, and insert leads so then I can call them.
- Someone who enjoys talking to people, confident, and competent to learn real estate.

I am not looking for someone who is perfect. I am looking for someone who has experience but even more importantly is willing to learn, fail forward, wake up everyday excited to get better.

I like to have good culture within my work team, keeping communication open.
