SOLIDWORKS EPDM EXPERT

Looking for a SolidWorks Enterprise PDM expert with multiple years of experience in setting up Enterprise PDM and managing workflow through initial design and purchasing.
We are currently facing some issues that we believe can be solved within EPDM and are seeking someone to provide advise on if the current set up of EPDM is incorrect and/or missing options or has unneeded options installed.

Project elements:
- Assess the current EPDM system installation and usage to determine what changes are needed to best match our current and future needs
Key Concerns -
1. Slow speeds on template access and data access.
2. Keeping track of the latest most up-to-date models on some of the machines that was built in the past 2-5 years.
3. Loosing saved data before checking in
4. Duplicated meta-data on the Parts Custom properties and the Configured properties

Desired capabilities:
1. Setting up Bills of Materials and management through EPDM
2. Link datasheets to parts without creating a large data footprint. (only a hyperlink possibly)
- Provide recommendations on changes are recommended to the EPDM system, why they are required and a plan for supporting the changes/implementation of the changes.
