Architect needed to complete drawings for city review

Need architectural drawings enhanced to show details required by city planning department. Site survey is complete. Basic design concept is complete. But whats needed is material detail, including texture, color scheme, etc. The city has approved my design concept, but they need more detail on final look of the project before the planning department will approve. If approved by city planning department, I will need full set of architectural and engineering plans created so I can submit to city building department.
