App Developer- Airbnb cleaning management tool for hosts

The purpose of this app will be a management tool for vacation rental owners (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) to better manage their turnovers/cleanings. The features of this app will provide VRO with tools to easily automate their cleanings, hold their cleaners accountable, keep track of when they need to restock or replace supplies, keep track of their cleaner expenses & auto schedule their turnovers. They will also be able to locate experienced vacation rental cleaners through the Cleaner Directory.
The app should be compatible with IOS & Android devices. It will require a paid subscription, with the possibility off some free features in the app or a free trial.

The app will have 2 sides: Host & Cleaner

I will share a rough framework of the app pages & features with shortlisted bidders. Please view it in its entirety before submitting a proposal.
