The website redesign is for a geriatric care company based out of the Chicagoland area, called Creative Care Management. My team needs a WordPress developer to implement my UI teams designs and ideas, and help with choosing templates for certain pages. The website is heavy on static landing pages, and mainly focuses on an about page, a resources pages, a form page to sign up for a free consultation, and a blog page.
