We are deploying red5pro encoder to scaleway infrastructure.

as we are creating a live video trivia app, and needs to be able to scale the low latency video streaming from 10 to 500k concurrent users by scalling the encoder nodes

an agency with a native app development experience is a plus as we will be iterating on the app as well on the long term
