On Page SEO correction of links due to hacked wp

My site was recently hacked. The link URLs are however are indexed in google search. I need someone who can identify the wrong URL and identify the right tagging of 301 etc ; also advise on fixing other on site issues

Dont need just advise- need the spam URLs to be fixed !! Budget for now is fixed ; but if everything goes well can hire for long term as well
