Highlight words in a text of 22500 words or make suggestions of pictures for a video production

I am making an educational video which I want to illustrate with funny pictures from Google and ones which are knocked up on photoshop. I will give you the text of the course which will be read out. I want you to highlight words that might be googled to find the pictures, and where that doesnt work, make suggestions of appropriate pictures. I give you an example here where I have done the first paragraph. The words in brackets are inputted suggestions. The unbracketed highlighted word is just the text highlighted. The document is 22500 words and I would expect there to be about 6-700 such comments. Please let me know how long you would take to do this.
