I will share a project data and build it and deliver it fully working and tested and can then further evolve the project to import pdf bills from a 2nd phone company (this will be a new project that I will post) then we can hire you for this job.

If you prefer to do the entire project from scratch thats also a possibility.

below is the original project description....



Create a screen in our webapp to import pdf files, save pdf online and parse pdf data into our sql database. Example excel with expected layout output of the parsed data has been attached.

Technologies and resource used - C# Anjular.js, MS SQL 2017, webAPI MVC, Gitlab, Boostrap 3.0, Kendo Controls, Angular ka with Ionic framework, Font Awsome, gitLab

For this project we need the Header (bill statement information area) and about a dozen items from the phone bill itself.

Its important that on the screen we be able to view all the files previously uploaded and if we try to upload the same file again it should warn us that we will overwrite data.

Please bid according to your costs and not to our budget.
We will create a 10% milestone for the Dev that takes the job and when they deliver first working example with complete output of the pdf phone bills will share with shortlisted candidates, we will create and release another 40% and then create and release the 50% remaining when the source is properly uploaded to gitlab.
