Solution Architect with LMS implementation experience

Are you the ideal candidate for our Consultant - LMS Solution Architect position?
The Consultant - LMS Solution Architect will be responsible for implementing a learning management system that will allow PFCS to enhance the skills of both new and existing employees, including: overall performance, productivity, and quality of work. The right candidate will be able to work across departments and engage employees of diverse backgrounds. As the Consultant - LMS Solution Architect, it will be critical that you be able to utilize and improve current training tools. She/he will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THE CONSULTANT POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE:
BA/BS in a related Business field, Masters degree preferred
Minimum 10 years experience in a training role that reflects progressive increases in responsibility
Direct experience in implementing learning management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of training industry trends and tools
Easily adaptable and quick learner
