generative design artificial intelligence-driven to maximize land development

I have a list of land with coordinate that I want to have the best possibility to develop this land with the parameters of the city like number of floors, distance from the edge of the land, number or parking etc...

this artificial intelligence should be reusable without human interaction for hundreds of land with just changing some parameters and give the best solution possible to have the maximum square foot of building every time.
I will share some example and generative design with shortlisted candidates.
