User management through Microsoft Active Directory for web application on AWS

We have developed a multi-tenant Java based web application that is hosted on AWS. I am looking for assistance in implementing Single Sign-On based on Active Directory. Each of my customers using this web application will have their own Microsoft AD. They will use AD for user management.
