Voip.ms Project

I am working on voip.ms this is what I have done I purchase a did number and we had an ivr created and when my customer dials the did it forwards to the ivr which then forwards to the extensions each customer has nine extensions we have it set up to where it rings six times if no answer it routes back to the same Ivr and goes back to the extension menu. What I am am needing is to integrate the ability to push star for when the hang up comes it re routes to that same ivr and no end the call . I know its possible we have had it done before and I believe we may need to involve a server of our own. Prefer someone who has worked with voip if not its fine see if you can get it done
