1 responsive HTML page with javascript

We need help developing 1 easy HTML landing page with responsive css.

== Requirement ==

+ Design will be provided in Zeplin with all assets - everything is needed except the map function
+ make 1 html file, 1 css file and 1 javascript file, put them in a folder for submission
+ the design has 2 sizes, one for desktop and one for mobile, pls only use one break point jumping between 2 different css for the responsive looking
+ javascript - pls do not use a whole jQuery library, this is a super simple landing page, we want to keep the size down.
+ Needs to be pixel perfect with the design, everything needs to be exactly the same - from margin, paddings to font sizes, otherwise it will not be accepted.
+ do not use any framework or any existing template, this needs to be coded from scratch
