to fix my google wifi points

my google wifi mesh devices now have a problem.

i have a router (working fine), ethernet cable connected to a google wifi point (primary, point 1). then, there are another two google wifi points (point 2 and 3). the 3 google wifi points are wireless connected.

google wifi point 2 is ethernet connected to a Samsung hub.

2. this set up worked all worked well. however, recently, in my google wifi app in my android mobile phone, shows point 2 is not connected, even though the point 2 device still shows correct light, white stable light. the samsung hub is still working fine too.

so i suspect the off-line message in the app is not correct. so every thing is still fine.

i need to correct this is, because it may cause problem in the future. in fact, i have another house with the same set up, i got the same off-line message in the app, i could not make the device point 2b work. it does not show in the app, the light is flickering, the samsung hub is not working.

should be a small problem. please help.

i have been in Toogit and its predecessor for more than 15 years.
