Designer needed for creating a new pair of glasses (with alarm embedded)

I am looking for a freelancer that will create a pair of glasses that has an embedded alarm. I am looking for someone that can build me a prototype (preferably plastic frames with alarm at the tips) using inexpensive materials (thinking about mass-scaling this).
