Codeignitor project file update and setup functionality on AWS with SSL

I have back up of my Codeigniter project(Files and database). Upload files and databases on AWS ec2 instance(Either create new or use previously made instance. we already use a simple email service of aws in another instance. We do not want any mess up in this instance while uploading the codeignitor project in another instance. We want the website working with all the functionality(signup, login, etc) with SSL. Please accept the project if you are confident enough to handle the project. The project requires good skill of aws and little knowledge of codeignitor.
