Our call center is having multiple issue with Vicidial. We have a very low contact rate when using Vicidial (less than 10%) vs manual dialing (40%). Agents sometimes hear dripping water. Also our voicemail drop is not audible.

We need someone that can make our Vicidial functional and optimized.
