Need Azure Architect with PAAS

IRIS Software is looking for below skill set candidates:
Cloud or Azure Architect
Freelancers OR dual employment or Contract for 1 Month
He has to help and check if everything is working fine in our projects.
Candidate should be very good and expert in PAAS.
Experience 12+
Candidate has to start immediate
- In depth knowledge of PowerShell. Should be able to write script to setup and configure Infra (including VMs, VNET, etc.)
- In depth knowledge of networking, and cloud-based delivery models.
- Extensive knowledge in Networking Concept related to Load Balancer, setting up the VpN , Subnet and VLAN Creation/Segregation.
- Troubleshooting complex scenarios related to an Application Deployment
- Strong experience in infrastructure design and solution
- Strong understanding of highly virtualized environment
- Must have knowledge of Infrastructure, Operating system, Middleware and standard tools used in enterprise.
- Should Exhibit integration of multiple environments and applications using Azure
- Working experience in areas like Azure DevOps
- Experience in design of third party identity provider integrated solutions. Good to have - Knowledge of Identity Server 4.
- Should exhibit experience of preparing HA and DR solutions
- Should have experience of implementing cloud infrastructure security.
