Tattoo Redesign

My son would like a tattoo of the image attached to this job posting. I would like to hire someone to make it better. Add to or subtract images but the core image (the stars with a crown) are mandatory. Please add colors if youd like but his skin tone is more of a caramel color so some colors may not look great. He has a slim athletic build so his forearm (where the tat is going is not large). It is more medium size. From the crease of his elbow to his wrist is about 10.5 inches.
